I am ay the point in the book where Eragon is about to send the signal for Saphira to fly to Tronjheim for the ceremony of the new Dwarf king! I love this series!!!peace:)

ReplyDeleteIm reading the book World View of Japan By: Richard Walker and im on page 77. I tell about real life actions what people do today in Japan and it shows their religion and culture. It also show their favorite manga and foods and drink. The book also tells about sport and school kids do in Japan. I really enjoy reading books from Richard Walker because he writes and makes photo about differnt countries.

ReplyDeleteIm reading the book The vampire diaries, the awakening and the struggle. this book is about a teenage girl named elena who is the "golden girl". she gets every boy she wants whenever she wants. But later that day a mysterious stranger walks into the building with sunglasses covering his face, Stefan Salvator. Elena like usual walks up to him and introduces herself... Now that they are "close" friends elena is mixed up in his fairy tale life that is a haunting reality. (pg. 204 ch. 13) this was the chapter that was the most interesting to me. It was when Stefan finally drinks blood from a highschool teacher causing an uproar at the school and elena trying to figure out what he really was.

ReplyDeleteI am reading Competitive Volleyball For Girls By: Claudia B. Manley. I'm on page 45. This book is an informational/instructional nonfiction book. This book is good, it provides a lot of information about volleyball. It talks about positions and having a good attitude. The book even gave a lot of information about stretching which was very helpful.

ReplyDeleteI am reading First Light I am on page 202 and so far the kids (Peter,Mattias,Thea) have just escaped an underground tunnle, in greenland, that began flooding. Mattias was traped when the water began to freeze. Peter and his sled dogs just rescued Mattias.

It’s a very long book but I'd recommend it. I’m at the part where Bella is getting pretty close to Jacob, things are getting interesting if you haven’t seen the movie definitely read the book

Im also reading Suite Scarlet by Maureen Johnson, but i just started so im only on page 1.
I just finished reading Shift and thought it was really good. I thought it was written really well and would recomend it to anyone who is interested.

I really like this book, I have read a ton of his books, but this is my favorite by far! I think he has such a interesting prospective on things, and the way he views things through his characters eyes is very unique! Only about 300 pages left! I can't wait to see what becomes of the inhabitants of 'The Dome'.

ReplyDeleteI'm reading the book Jimmy Coates: Assassin? by Joe Craig and I'm on page 156. It is about an 11 year old boy who discovers that he is 62 percent robot that is trained to kill. All through out the book he is trying to regain control over himself but it isn't easey; when he turns 18 he's supposed to be completly robotic! I have read this book before and love it. I would definatly recommend this book to anyone who's looking for some adventure.

I really like this book.I am on page 281.I have read this bok one other time. It's a book that has tons of stories about people who didn't deny their faith for Jesus Christ. The people would get boiled, cut,stabbed,drowned and more. Alot of people have even got killed. It's really sad. I even cried at one story. The guards at the prisons say mean things about Jesus. It really makes you think about the people who don't know Christ. I recommend this book to everybody!

I noticed that some people are talking about Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. I love the Outsiders book! It was a great story!! ReplyDeleteI am reading the book Heir to a Dream by Pete maravich and Darrel Campbell.It is an autobiography about Pete Maravich one of the best basketball players of all time. This is an amazing book that is filled many suprises about his life.Including his inner struggle with happiness and his fight for a chamionship ring. This is a graet book and I would definitely recomend it. I am on page 191.

James Bradley the writer is telling about how he trying to figure out his Dad's pass in Iwo Jima and trying find out about other people who were in the war as well. it is a very good bookand if you liked to read about World War II then you should read this book.

I know lots of you read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series of books last year and even before, but just wanted to remind you the movie version of The Lightning Thief is coming out SOON and you need to read the book first to make your movie experience the best it can be! ReplyDeleteI am reading the book Sunrise Over Fallujah this book is about a soldier Robin "Birdy" Perry getting shipped off to Iraq. When he gets to Iraq he is taken to Kuwait. So far the book is good, it doesnt have much action in it although you would think it would cosidering it is in Iraq during the war. So its pretty good so far I will have to wait and see I am only on page 13.

ReplyDeleteI'm reading a book by: Louise Hawes called Waiting for Christopher I'm not so sure what this boook is about but I have a pretty good idea from reading the imformation on the inside tab's of the book. It is about a mother beating and taunting her little kid until one day a young girl find's the woman's little boy and take's the little boy and cares for him like he was her own. I'm excited to see how thing's turn out in this sad but yet complicated story!

ReplyDeleteI am reading Behind Enemy Lines; A Young Pilot's Story. I just got it and it looks very interesting. It's about a pilot and his crew who are coming back from a Nazi Germany bombing when their B-17 is shot over Holland. They must bail out before they fall to their death.

ReplyDeleteWell i just finished on the book Japan and i'm now reading the manga Naruto Vol.1 by Masashi Kishimoto. Its about the beginning on when Naruto is just now in training to becoming a ninja to become the hokage but naruto faces alot of problems before he can and his sensei's Iruka and Mesumi when he tricks him to get the Chakra scroll for him and blames naruto since he doesnt know he is the nine tail fox demon and soon Iruka finds naruto and naruto tells iruka hes been training on his double ganger jutsu and mesumi trys stealing the scroll but naruto DEFEATS HIM (Yay Naruto)

(0 0) Im reading a pyscho book called Fruits Basket by: Natsuki Takaya it somewhat confusing because i just started volume 19 so i dont know excatlly whats going on but im on page 21 and its kind of werid with the animations because it doesnt make since. But anyways im really excited about the book fair because im so going to have fun im bringing my money tomomrrow to buy all those Naruto books like the magazines, book collection, and the manga i think thats what it was. Animal Architects . It was about beavers and how they make there dams. It was pretty cool. Its pretty informative, if you’re looking for a book about beavers.haha.

ReplyDeletei am readind a book called <1>my brothers keeper by Patrcia McCormic. im not very far in the book but i think its very intersesting. its about a kid who has cancer and his brother does drugs. the first page may turn alot of people off the book but after that page its very interesting and it makes you want to keep reading. would recomend this book to anyone who wants a book that holds your atention
